  Expensive and slow staff leave u waiting at tills as they constantly stacking shelves poor service but nice friendly staff

  If you like an understaffed shop that ain’t even that small of a place also to not be called over when being stood behind a self checkout waiting to be called over and served because the other member of staff that isn’t behind the checkout till as if they are gonna serve every customer when they aren’t Because other member of staff she too busy busy stacking shelves and not being aware of customers like me waiting to be served instead of opening up another checkout then you’ve got the right place because it’s understaffed because there’s only 2 members of staff at this place now and they are rude because they are overworked because they are understaffed.

  I visited the store and they were understaffed. One in the checkout and one stacking shelves. Had to wait in a queue for about 20 mins. No staff helping on the self checkout with customers needing staff for the self check out. It is meant to be express this is not my experience of fast service. Please look at additional staffing..

  best thing is its open till 11 p.m and items like milk egg and other groceries are appropriately priced..

  This store used to have really friendly staff (always there to help). Now the staff are sullen and unhelpful. There is far less choice regarding groceries, which have always been expensive but, convenient to buy. I hardly shop there now because it’s so unfriendly. VERY EXPENSIVE AND INDIFFERENT STAFF.
