  It's a bit difficult rating this one .Its a nice cafe,but the ordering system is very confusing. There's a bank of screens on one side to order and then there's a service area opposite. There's a place to stand at the service are with a sign above it saying "If your paying cash, please order at the kiosk" I assume I was standing at the kiosk. The lovely lady who works there informed me that the bank of screens is the kiosk, and I needed to order there. Its a confusing system. The staff member informed me that everyone paying cash makes that mistake, they all remark that the sign is confusing. Then the poor woman has to come out and show them how to use the screens, because that's not bloody obvious how to pay with cash there! I remarked that they need to change the confusing sign to " please use the screens". Apparently Tesco say the sign is staying and the screens are still going to be referrd to as a "kiosk". Its ridiculous and actually slows the service down badly. It was early morning so the cafe was slow. I watched the 3 people who came in after me have the same conversation and demonstration from the lovely, extremely patient lady who works there. If tesco think this system speeds up the service they are badly mistaken. I can't imaging what its like during a busy period! SO, its a big 5 stars🌟 for service the lovely helpful tesco employee, but a massive 👎 for Tesco for installing a confusing system, I think if I was the poor tesco employee, I'd be handing in my notice. The coffee was nice ( when I finally got it, because the poor service lady was working on her own and trying to help people place their orders so couldn't possibly be making drinks/food at the same time)

  Me and my husband have been coming to this cafe since 2012 and we have enjoyed coming here since and the refurb is lovely and the staff are very friendly and the new menu excellent 👌🏻 💯

  Service is good, place is kept clean and tidy. Nice decor, especially taken into account it's just an in store café. Quite spacious, lots of seating available. The only issue is the fact that food is well, mediocre. Soft drinks are so expensive, nearly £3 for a can of pop! The drink that I've ordered basically tasted as if it was just a bit of cordial from the store shelf mixed with water.

  Sunday Morning Treat for us a cooked breakfast. Bacon, Egg,Sausage,Hash Brown,Beans costing £5.25 And a cup n saucer cup of tea. Great service, Lovely presented food, Friendly Environment.

  Lovely staff, great food and good price, quick service, nice drink and atmosphere, all clean and very upmarket for a supermarket cafe, makes the rest of the Tesco cafes look shocking!
