  New self service machines are terrible, and a prime example of ‘not everything needs a self service machine’. Blocking off the main view of the deli counter and removes the element of customer service which is one of the few charms subway holds. Staff are lovely and friendly, and the food is what you’d expect from a subway.

  Such a waste of time trying to grab a “quick” lunch as it took 20 minutes from placing my order at the kiosk. Everyone else was waiting from customers to uber eats/deliveroo etc All the staff working there are just laughing amongst themselves and don’t even apologise. Just so rude

  Possibly the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Unhelpful staff who are more interested in having a laugh amongst themselves than making sandwiches, terrible touchscreen kiosk system and very long waiting times. My sandwich was a real mess too, no care taken in the preparation with filling falling out and bread collapsing. Avoid this branch if you’re after a quick lunch.

  There is zero chance your order will be made the way you asked for it. Seriously, no chance. If you place a family order—say, for four sandwiches—the sauces and ingredients will 100% get mixed up between them. If you order any extras, you can bet at least half of them won't make it into the bag. There’s no way the staff will communicate with you or even try to get the order ready reasonably fast. Give this place a wide berth.
