  My experience was terrible 😤. The staff's unhelpful demeanor was truly disappointing. They canceled my order after I waited an hour 😠, showcasing their utter lack of regard for customers. This establishment needs significant improvements in service! 👎

  I've placed order through Uber waited 1 hour and then I've got call from dominos saying you won't get your order as this is not our area I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. During a recent phone call, the female staff or manager on duty was exceptionally rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Most concerningly, I was informed that if my order were cancelled, I would not be entitled to a refund. When I raised valid concerns about this policy and mentioned writing a review, the manager dismissively told me to “drop a review or call head office” and to “do whatever you want.” Customers deserve to be treated with respect, particularly when resolving an order issue. The unprofessional attitude I experienced is entirely unacceptable. I expect management to take this feedback seriously and investigate this incident promptly

  Very disappointed with the service. The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially during the phone call with the female manager. I was also told that if my order was cancelled, I would not receive a refund, which I found very concerning. When I raised my concerns and mentioned leaving a review, I was told that I could “drop a review or call the head office” and was basically told to “do whatever you want.” Customers should be treated with respect, especially when there is an issue with an order. Unfortunately, the attitude and customer service I experienced were completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into what happened.
