- GPGeorge PollardApr 12, 20264.0Expensive but the app occasionally gives good weekly offers. Convenient if the self checkout machines are working as sometimes the co op card discount doesn’t apply at the till. Also do free Amazon deliveries which is handy.
- TATimofejs AmelinsMar 25, 20261.0I literally spent £55 on this place simply because I needed paracetamol delivered fast, and I'm getting tired of not being able to buy paracetamol to get it delivered for free. I am currently blocked off from ordering it on Amazon Prime when I didn't even order the maximum dose allowed from Amazon Prime, and but the time I'll get this ordered out, the ice cream will risk going to completely melt. They didn't even bother answering the phone at all when I tried calling them to ask them for a reimbursement, and now because of them I literally don't have any money to get paracetomol delivered and rather than having a cosy nioght in I'm gonna have to liek just deliver Uber Eats out at noght just so there is a "point" in having to go outside. I expect to be able to get things without leaving the house at all but this is just leaving me in a position where I spent £25 for groceries all without solving the problem.
- RKRitesh KotechaFeb 24, 20261.0AVOID USING THE SELF PAY, they take YOUR MONEY and then they tell you not to worry as the transaction didn't go through they will refund you whenever they feel like, that's the response I got from the manager when and she think this is acceptable and not her problem, they charged me 3 times when it should have been once then blamed my card and said there is nothing wrong with their machine and refused to do anything about it, meanwhile they hold MY MONEY FOR UP TO 7 DAYS, this is acceptable Co Op
