  Called to ask if could help with donation of tea, coffee, sugar biscuits etc for an new coffee morning , answer was yes but need to clear with Manager and to call back next day, went back next day , spoke to said manager , said not a problem but need a letter listing what I need , went back later that day with letter , explaining need to pick up first thing Monday and if a problem to let me know. Went to collect Monday as arranged and he said it would take 3/4 weeks for head office to agree , he offered a voucher instead . Completely let down with hour to go . Thank you Morrison’s

  I'm under the impression they will be closing within the year. Bakery always closed. Only one person working. Freezer section empty for days. Always some checkouts out of order. I hope Earl Shilton gets a new local shop for grocery shopping, this is appalling as the only chain store.

  I had an absolutely HORRIFIC experience at the Co-op. I cannot believe how awful it was. First off, the prices are extortionate, and the food quality was just dismal. Then, when I reached the till, there wasn’t a single staffed checkout—only self-service, with one poor employee barely managing customer service. It was a ghost town, and worse, the self-service till was wet and covered in hair—some disgusting, unknown substance. Every single item I bought ended up wet and covered in hair. And if that wasn’t enough, my box of strawberries was open, spilled everywhere in the baggage area. And to top it all off, a group of hooligans came in, making the whole store feel completely unsafe. I will never shop here again. Zero stars if I could. Stay far away.
