  Just been in earl shilton coop ,waited for someone to check a price,took at least 10mins to get a member ,extremely rude they were ,last time il be in that shop,happy taking your money .what's point being a member ! I'm a previous employee aswell so I know how customer should be treated. And it's definitely not from those staff .All the staff stacking shelves.what about customer service. Oh yes isnt any.

  Called to ask if could help with donation of tea, coffee, sugar biscuits etc for an new coffee morning , answer was yes but need to clear with Manager and to call back next day, went back next day , spoke to said manager , said not a problem but need a letter listing what I need , went back later that day with letter , explaining need to pick up first thing Monday and if a problem to let me know. Went to collect Monday as arranged and he said it would take 3/4 weeks for head office to agree , he offered a voucher instead . Completely let down with hour to go . Thank you Morrison’s

  I'm under the impression they will be closing within the year. Bakery always closed. Only one person working. Freezer section empty for days. Always some checkouts out of order. I hope Earl Shilton gets a new local shop for grocery shopping, this is appalling as the only chain store.
