  I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional service my family and I received at the Burger King located at East Midlands Airport (EMA) during our recent departure to Spain. Traveling with children can often be a stressful experience, so finding a reliable and efficient dining option is always a priority. My children were eager to visit Burger King before our flight, and despite the restaurant being exceptionally busy with a significant queue, the service provided by Gurpreet Kaur and Ritaka was truly outstanding. It was impressive to observe how they managed such a high volume of customers. They remained remarkably calm, efficient, and professional, handling the pressure with such grace that the queue moved much faster than anticipated. Furthermore, the quality of our meal was excellent; everything was served fresh and prepared to a high standard. I wanted to take a moment to personally commend both Gurpreet and Ritaka for their diligence and positive attitude under pressure. They are a credit to your team, and their dedication significantly improved our travel experience. I look forward to dining at this Burger King location again during my future travels through EMA.
