This place never ever gets the order correct JOKE I note your generic pointless reply. Please can we have a pepperoni pizza please. Get home. No pepperoni or barely any sauce. Be easier to go to the coop and cook your own

1 star honestly feels generous after today’s order. I ordered a pizza and two small sides for the kids. My pizza arrived completely squashed, looking like someone had actually sat on it. It was also cold. I forced myself to try one slice because I’d paid for it, but my wife wouldn’t even touch it because it looked so awful. I ordered one of the newer pizzas with pulled meat and the taste was absolutely terrible. To me, the meat tasted like spoiled tuna. After one slice I completely lost my appetite, and even thinking about it now makes me feel sick. I’ve ordered from Domino’s plenty of times before. I’ve never thought the pizza was amazing — more of a “meh, it’ll do” kind of thing — but at least it was usually edible. It has never been anywhere close to proper Italian pizza, but today’s order wasn’t even good enough to be considered an average takeaway pizza. I genuinely regret not spending an hour making my own pizza at home instead. After today, Domino’s has completely put me off. I won’t be ordering again.

Bad customer phone service, cold pizza delivered, phone call hung up on, squashed in box when delivered, toppings sometimes far from the edge. I’ve had it all from Coalville branch
