Had a great experience at Papa Johns🍕 The pizza was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The quality was excellent, and everything was prepared perfectly. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was really satisfying. Definitely a great place for pizza lovers. Highly recommended, and I’ll surely order again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pizza okay, manageress a bit rude and unnecessary comments on collection. Sat in bakers arms, ordered online to collect on way home after we finished our drinks. She rang to say ready, I said thats fine will be there soon. Collected after about 45 minutes, as soon as I gave my name on pick up she said you should collect within 15 minutes. I have paid for it and its been cooked and not her problem if it gets warmed up later. I said what happens if i dont do you put it in the bin? She turned her back on me and walked away. Is this company policy, is it stated to the website or menus in store as if it is I missed it. I dont order a take away to get told off.

Worst pizza Iv ever had, expensive and completely inedible, cold and greasy as hell, didn’t even have the security seal attached properly, and took over an hour to arrive. When contacting the store I was told “actually, it was perfect when it left”, literally had to ask them to get the manager (who conveniently wasn’t in store) I was offered a re make as long as I collected it the following day! this wasn’t practical and then I was offered vouchers.. like I’m going to eat there again.. no thanks!! I’d rather eat road kill…. Would be fresher and have less grease. Wouldn’t give a refund, but after contacting my bank and sending images of what I received I was refunded via my bank without question.
