Midweek visit and the 1st time since it was taken on by new management.
Lovely country pub with a nice welcoming atmosphere.
We were served by a young lady called Lisa who made us feel welcome and important and although she was quite busy when ever she was needed she was there.
Food was lovely and there was a very well stocked bar.
The pub also has a wonderful garden area which is a decent size and well looked after.
We will definitely be back next time cooking is too much.
Thank you Lisa 😊

This is our third time keep trying to support a local independent pub. On previous visits the service has let it down- which is still true! However the food has certainly gone down hill too. Overcooked greasy low quality from the deep fat fryer. Certainly our last attempt! What a shame 😢
