The cafe staff are fantastic, consistantly offer exceptional standards of customer service. The store Ladies toilets are desperately in need of a makeover or, at the very least, proper handwash in new wall dispensers; this has been substandard for months and, as we enter flu season, needs to be addressed. I will check in with the store manager to assess progress on this issue.

Unable to find a trolley that didn't go CLICK CLICK CLICK due to a wonky wheel despite trying five yes 5 different ones. Complained and told they are tested daily but it's only obvious once you take the trolley into the shop. Puts me right off doing my twice weekly shop. The adjacent alternative supermarkets never have this problem.

Really brilliant, truly an extraordinary experience to go there. Oh hang on, I was thinking of somewhere else. Never mind, sorry

Store itself is good, plenty of choice and lovely food, went for lunch though and cafe was a real let down, tables grubby, floor covered in food remains, the meals were not good either, warm scampi, soggy tuna melt, pretty awful. In mitigation though, they did seem short staffed and they were pleasant enough. Won't be going back again.
