  Poached eggs white still runny hash brown bites very soggy and soaked in oil croissant hard and stale will give it a miss from now on good point the tea is nice 👍

  Painfully noisy, dirty with tables littered with uncleared plates and trays, toasted teacakes served inedibly charred and blackened as a demonstration of low kitchen standards. Staff pleasant enough but management plainly inadequate.

  Dissapointed with my scrambled egg on toast. But would give 5 stars to Rob who changed my food for beans on toast. Very pleasant man nothing too much trouble. Thank you Rob

  Genuinely some of the worst food I have had, ordered a toast with avocado and feta, the balsamic vinegar dressing is so overdone, its just a vinegar toast at this point.. whole table just smells of vinegar, my southern fried wrap was a couple broken up frozen tenders with un melted cheese chunks in the middle .. little squirt of ketchup. Here's my suggestion, just drink the toilet water instead, its free, and it probably taste better.

  The refurbishment in The Cafe looks very fresh and modern. The screen ordering system is having a positive impact on reducing queues and it's so nice to have drinks brought to your table. The staff are friendly, polite and efficient. As is always the case in food and beverage customer service can make or break an experiece: this team make it!
