  Don’t order through uber eats! Shocking. Acknowledge order and then claim not to have it, getting uber to refund a nightmare.

  Please don’t order from here just had the worst pizza undercooked stick to pizza Bella absolutely awful and when i complained…….. what a dim wit of a manager shocking the worst pizza I’ve ever had!

  We ordered our food, nearly 2 hours later we recalled as we had not yet reviewed our food. We specified in the additional notes that we could not set the delivery to the exact house and specified EXACTLY what house and number. Obviously nobody read the notes (which is concerning in regards to checking for delivery and allergy information). Our Pizza was delivered to the wrong house (they took the order and ate some of our food which was not the drivers fault at that point that's on the neighbours). I rang back and was told "I'm not 100% sure what you want me to do" even though I specified they had taken dips, cookies and eaten some of the food. They told us they would send more chips and cookies however did not have time to re order the whole thing even though by this point as well the pizzas were stone cold as well. An hour went by and still no delivery. My husband rang and we were told they left 5 to 10 minutes ago (it takes 8 minutes MAX to get from store to our house). 2 hours later still nothing so not only were we were completely lied to but also were waiting on food. Not only was this whole thing an absolute shambles but also a hygiene and food safety nightmare. The order was also close to 100 which is diabolical to then not receive some of our order. I understand about being busy but we were told by a restaurant they could not remake food... First time ordering here and never again.

  4 times now ive asked for pesto on my pizza through my online order and havent recieved it ! Even called before placing my last online order to make sure this was in stock and still did not recieve this ! You are one of my locals such a shame as you are loosing a valuable regular
