    5⭐️ service from George. We placed an order as a group of nurses on shift. When two items were missing we called up and enquired. George explained that 3rd party drivers were used so he couldn’t resend a driver but that we could come to collect our missing items. When I explained that we are on shift and unable to leave the premises George said that his shift finished in 5 minutes and bought us our missing items once he had finished work. Amazing service. Thank you so much George!!!⭐️🫶🏼

    I had ordered the caramel ice frappe coffee today and I found a lot of hair in it so I should bring back but I didn’t have enough time to come back so I just threw it away it’s so disgusting and dirty I will not recommend it I will not come back again here.

    Just gone through the drive through and had the colleague on tills give me a fake £5 note. I went back to say that it was fake and that I'd like them to replace it, the Business Manager then started to get really abrupt and tell me that it was real and became very arguementative, even after I peel back a strip which clearly showed it wasn't real. Even after this there was no apology and even continued to contest to me that it was real. I would suggest you review the attached photo from the bank of England below on polymer notes and how they to spot fakes. The note I handed you was definitely fake as you should not be able to peel any area from a polymer note. I think you should consider retraining yourself and all your colleagues on how to take responsibility for taking these out of circulation and how to spot them.

    Repeated issues with incorrect orders (despite clearly requesting items to be removed, e.g. pickles still being included) have already been frustrating, but this visit was genuinely worse. We waited at the order speaker for several minutes with no response while other cars were served as normal, only to later find out there was apparently no staff member even present at the window/speaker area. When we drove forward to get clarification, we were met with an unprofessional response from staff, including being told not to “come round shouting,” despite the fact we were simply trying to resolve the lack of service. Overall, the experience felt disorganised, careless, and unnecessarily rude — basic communication and order accuracy need serious improvement.

    Absolutely awful experience at this McDonald’s. I paid £15 in cash first, then only the remaining 27p was supposed to go on my card. Instead, the staff member charged the full amount to my card as well and kept insisting I never gave him the cash. I had to stand there arguing and explaining myself while he stayed completely confused. Only when the manager came over did they finally realise the mistake and give me my £15 back. On top of that, after waiting around 20 minutes in the queue, they still got my order wrong. I paid £15.27 for chicken selects and a large cheeseburger meal, but they gave me a small burger instead. Slow service, confused staff, wrong order, and wasting customers’ time and money. I will never come back to this McDonald’s again. Worst service I’ve had in a long time.
