Pathetic hygiene as staff do not wear gloves (which is the most fundamental thing for good hygiene practice) while making the pizzas, etc.

Went to dominoes in sherburn, did not know what pizza to get. Manager called Reece who works there helped me choose and he even himself make me the pizza. Honestly the best pizza I’ve had hands down. Now I know where my takeaway local is, thanks Reece what a legend 👊

Have never had an issue here until tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas and one side. The side was the loaded wedges with cheese. Dominos used to do the exact same loaded fries with cheese, but they're off the menu, so I called immediately after ordering to see if they could just swap the wedges to fries since they have all the ingredients to do it but was told no. Absolutely daft! You have fries and cheese sauce, just put them together. I asked to swap the loaded wedges to regular fries, which they did. Went to collect my order and mentioned that I'll need a refund for the difference in price between the loaded wedges and regular fries that I swapped to but I was told that they can't refund me because the order was online and because they had the items to give me, but I changed my mind. There was no way to cancel or change the order online! Ridiculous excuse, paid for something I didn't even get. They also got BOTH pizza orders wrong. Ordered one small pizza with 2 toppings: chicken and sweetcorn but they made chicken and mushroom. Took it back in to get a replacement which was the wrong crust. The second pizza was a custom order: Beef, Nduja, peppers and onion but they took the peppers off and replaced with jalapeños. I had only realised this when I got home so no point going back again. To top it all off, found a small bit of black plastic on top of my pizza. Will never be getting my business again

I went here on a quiet week night. I was the only person in the shop and only ordered one pizza. I received my pizza 20 minutes later than it said it would take, so an overall 30 minute wait. I received a vague apology from one of the employees and then left. The pizza was okay. The only positive was value for money.
