  Two main complaints- The Food- Was cold, wrong, slow and the usual disappointment. The tea and coffee was ok. The Parking situation. Was here for 2 hours, as it was a date, (a car date, sharing music) eating food, drinking coffee, all from McDonald. I got a fine from UKPC for overstaying, and this wasn't picked up due to a critical illness, it's now at £170. So this was the worse experience, all for a cold burger, a rubbish date and mediocre tea/coffee. Absolutely astounding bad attitude to paying customers and has made sure I will never, ever eat from here or any MCds again. Even if it's the last available food on this planet.

  Its a Mcdonalds with plenty of seating and is always a clean and friendly atmosphere

  For one Cola I need to wait 13 minutes. Unacceptable level of waiting for 1 drink.

  So I’m giving 5 stars as if you go here during the week, the food is excellent. Me and my team will pop in for lunch. Weekends the service can be slow and the food not that hot. I thought it was because the one at white rose was closed for refurbishment but now it’s reopened… still Having weekend problems at this place. Last of staff? Too busy? Who knows but as they are spot on during the week they will get 5 stars as they are best out of a lot of branches and the fries are always hot!

  Overall not a good experience. Staff claim they cannot swap Happy Meal toys while other McDonalds do. They also say the 2.99 pounds vouchers are no longer valid as the promotion has changed. I had two vouchers within the expiry date and they were not accepted.
