  Wouldn't bother, both staff members in a different world. Service non existence! Need to sack lot of them. An hour for starters. Orders all Wrong. Beefeater stop sending me offers for this clown show.

  My experience at this place was absolutely horrendous. We were shown to our table by who we believe was the service manager. Who said "The waitress would be along in a few minutes to take our drinks order" so we waited and waited, after 25 minutes the manager returned to take our order, there was no apology for the delay in taking our drinks order. We placed our order when we got our drinks, the starters arrived 30 minutes later (thought waiting for the drinks was bad enough!") Very small portions when the starters did arrive thought we had ordered off the kid's section! The starters were lukewarm and not seasoned very well. After eating out starters again we had a long wait for our main course, when the main course arrived the presentation was poor and the food was again lukewarm. Some of the food was under cooked or burnt, see picture the chicken was burnt and hard. When the service manager knew the chicken was burnt because he can see what is about to be served to the guests why did he still service it?? If it was possible to not give any stars I wouldn't. I will DEFINITELY not be going there again and will DEFINITELY NOT recommend to anyone very very disappointed ☹️.

  Shown to table in a empty area of the pub, and then server left 20 mins later server came back took drinks order then another guy came I don’t work front of house dumped drinks, another 20mins pasted ignored by staff zero service, so got up and left! Absolutely appalling service, I’d go 3miles done the road and pop into Marstons were the service was absolutely perfect that’s why they got 5 stars! If I could give you zero I would! I’d give the place a miss……

  Good Food and atmosphere , the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially Megan who really went above and beyond
