  TOBY!!!!!! Absolute A* customer service! He remembered us even though we’ve only been in a few times. His energy, friendliness and vibe is outstanding! Thank you for always making us feel welcome.. just purely based on Toby’s customer service, we would be back! Please pass this on to him and make sure he receives recognition for his service!

  Atmosphere is too loud, service poor asked several times as we could not hear what they were saying. To top it off NHS discount is accepted if you can get on the wifi, we was told to use Starbucks WiFi next door. We found the experience stressful, and under pressure to order. So left without our order.

  I went here for chicken and chips the staff super friendly and welcoming. The food was nice and I would of gone back but ive just desoved its chicken is halal. I never saw a sighn saying it was halal. I have now eaten something I never wish to eat. Halal is very cruel way of slaughter and should be banned. Shame on you for not clearly stating you serve halal meat. Never going back.

  1st time here. Food was quick piping hot and delicious. Great customer service from Sam. He realised I had hearing aids and took his time explaining the menu. Sam later came and made sure we were happy with our food/service. His big smile was great to see. He even checked with the kitchen if they would accommodate my wife's request (they did). Put a big smile on my wife thats all that counts.
