  We usually come to Wingstop and have always had a great experience. The food is good, the service is really fast, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Everything is served quickly and the atmosphere is great. Definitely one of our favourite places to go!

  Took my daughter today for her birthday as she'd never tried this place and really wanted to go. There was 6 of us so the order wasn't huge but not small either , the person on the counter taking the order missed a few things even though I read it out to her from a typed note. After 20 minutes a staff member approached us and said " theres some of your order ready now would you like it or would you like it all together? " We were obviously a group eating together so why would a few of us eat whilst the rest wait ? Eventually some of the food arrived but was cold and they'd missed a few parts of the order so again we had to wait. Very unorganised and a waste of over £70.00 , I won't be going back

  I don’t understand how they could mess up with giving the wrong order to people when they actually have a server who brings the food from the counter to the customer. I ordered for takeaway and I was a given a number. The server brought the paper bag of food to me and repeated my order before handing it over to me. I know it’s my fault of not opening each and every box to check if the food is correct but do I really have to take everything out of the bag and check everything to make sure they had my order done correctly? The server should have done this checks on the counter before taking it to the customer! Long story short, my fault of not checking every food box led me to disappointment when I got home and got a wrong and incomplete order because I TRUSTED THEM WITH MY ORDER. So beware and take this lesson, ALWAYS CHECK AND IF POSSIBLE YOU OPEN EACH FOOD BOX BEFORE LEAVING.

  Had a great experience at wing stop when Munib served me. It was a Friday night and busy but he was extremely patient. When mentioning I was a teacher he immediately offered their blue light discount and a free dip. Thanks Munib, you made the end of a stressful day into a lovely one :))

  If you are easily stimulated don’t go here. Jesus. Went in for the food because let’s face it wingstop chicken is amazing but whoever djs in there is mentally unwell. Three different songs going on blaring out in the main restaurant while the kitchen has a party and we have to bear witness to some employees terrible rap skills. The main person serving was lovely though and so was the chicken. But at 12 on a Sunday this upset my peace. Sort the vibe out in there!
