Very disappointed with my experience at Wingstop, mainly because of the behaviour of the manager, Russell Williams. I witnessed him having an argument with a delivery driver and behaving aggressively, including telling security to grab and drag the driver out. Thankfully, the security officer remained professional and handled the situation calmly. I was there with my girlfriend, and the incident completely ruined our experience. We felt so uncomfortable that we left without finishing our food. This behaviour is completely unacceptable from a manager and reflects very poorly on Wingstop. I hope the company investigates this seriously. I will not be returning to this location.

Maureen served us at the till and was absolutely excellent. She was so friendly and attentive. We got the flavour fix and a burger. Both were excellent! Really quick service and calm, organised environment. Thank you Maureen!

Food came quickly and hot. Jonathan was our server and took care of us by giving us great recommendations and bringing the food quickly. Although it’s a stereotypical “fast food place” he really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and the food was top notch will defo be back.
