  Lovely experience. Vegetarian Katsu Curry was amazing. Food came quickly. Lots of seats. Located in the Mall.

  My husband and I went to Wagamama for ramen, and we really enjoyed our visit. Lauren was lovely and took the time to check if our dining-out gift card could be used, which we really appreciated. Ash also happily entertained our couple of questions about the menu and asked about our day. That little bit of conversation felt so genuine and warm. It was such a nice touch and made us feel comfortable. The ramen was delicious, and the soup was so refreshing, just the kind of taste I’ve missed from back home. We’ll definitely be back for another bowl. ❤️

  My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience at Wagamamas in Leeds Trinity! The service was amazing, particularly from Izzy and Barnaby. Both were very warm and welcoming and put the cherry on top of a great dining experience. Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon!

  Mo service at Leeds Trinity Wagamamas is one of the best kind of customer service ive experianced. Hes very well versed with the menu, very honest and thoughtful in the way he presents. Hes remembered me everytime ive come in which just shows his attention to detail. Its consistent every single time and its the kind of service that you often see at very high end restaurants. Highly recommend this particular wagamamas for the simple fact he works there and will take care of you! Thanks Mo! ☺️

  I really wanted to like Wagamama at Trinity Leeds. The restaurant itself looks modern and attractive, and the staff were friendly and provided good service. Unfortunately, the food was a real disappointment. For me, it lacked any genuine Japanese character, and more importantly, the flavours simply weren’t very good. Considering the quality of the food, I also found it quite expensive. I’m giving 3 stars mainly because the restaurant is nicely designed and because I want to give credit to the staff, who were pleasant and did their job well. Food alone? Honestly, I would probably give it 2 stars. But I felt a little bad doing that when the service itself was perfectly fine. Nice place, nice staff — but sadly, not a place I would return to for Japanese food.
