Easily the worst ramen spot in Leeds. The ramen was genuinely poor. The broth was completely bland, watery, and diluted, so bad that I didn't even want to finish it.
Staff were friendly enough and accommodating, but bringing out the bao buns at the exact same time as the ramen made no sense at all.
A friend mentioned Wagamama is usually better at other locations, but this visit was a total write-off. Plenty of better places for ramen in town.

Had such a wonderful meal here. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The presentation was spot on, especially with those vibrant, fresh greens and kimchi side that accompanied the curry.
The atmosphere was just right for a relaxing lunch. The staff were efficient, and I really appreciated how easy it was to scan the table QR code to settle up at the end. We will definitely be back soon.
I’ve had better food at wagamamas but it was still lovely, the service was above and beyond and the best i’ve ever experienced. The lovely server with the lovely style, statement jewellery, and a photocard - they were so lovely and accommodating and i applaud them for being so wonderful. I would recommend and definitely visit again 🙂❤️.

Mia was honestly the best! Super friendly, really easy to chat to, and just made the whole meal more fun. She gave us some great recommendations and looked after us so well.
Food was great, but Mia definitely made the experience. Give the girl a pay rise! 😂 Thanks Mia!

I'm disappointed with the food quality. Every time we visit, it seems to get worse.
The edamame pods were mushy, making it difficult to get the beans out, and they didn't taste fresh. The pork bao bun was especially disappointing, around 80% of the filling was fat, with very little actual meat. It was very greasy and unpleasant to eat.
The service was mixed. One member of staff was polite, but the server looking after our table came across as quite dry and uninterested, which didn't make us feel particularly welcome.
We've also visited the Wagamama at the York Designer Outlet, and the difference is noticeable. The food there has always been much fresher, better prepared, and the overall service has been far more welcoming. Unfortunately, this branch just doesn't offer the same standard anymore.
It's a shame because Wagamama used to be one of our favourite places to eat, but the quality and overall experience have noticeably declined over our last few visits.
