- EMEmma MayOct 6, 20264.0We visited on Fri 2nd Oct and glad we booked in advance. The food was great but they were clearly very busy. We spoke with one of the team, and they said that they were short staffed and working into the next shift! There also was an issue with the internet and had trouble with orders. Despite all this they were brilliant! Still good service - polite, friendly and smiling through what must've been a very stressful shift! One of our orders was wrong, but it was quickly rectified and they discounted the meal. Food was delicious and we had a lovely meal. I hope the team was able to have a better night - they were so professional through all the stress.
- MSMaria StoicaSep 6, 20261.0The food it’s absolutely delicious, but except of the manager , the staff it’s so rude , not very polite. The girls staff looks like they own the place and they also pretend they can’t hear , you have to repeat 3 times the sentence in front of them
- SAsaikat ahmedAug 5, 20265.0I came to Leeds for a training course and had the pleasure of having dinner here. I decided to try something new—the Gochujang Salmon Rice Bowl—and it was absolutely delicious. I was served by a lovely member of staff, Lily, who kindly recommended the dish. Unfortunately, her shift ended before I finished my dinner, so I didn’t get the chance to thank her personally. I would like to say a big thank you to Lily for her excellent recommendation and warm, friendly service. She made my dining experience even more enjoyable!
