I decided to try something new—the Gochujang Salmon Rice Bowl—and it was absolutely delicious. I was served by a lovely member of staff, Lily, who kindly recommended the dish. Unfortunately, her shift ended before I finished my dinner, so I didn’t get the chance to thank her personally. I would like to say a big thank you to Lily for her excellent recommendation and warm, friendly service. She made my dining experience even more enjoyable!

I contacted the restaurant to place an order with allergen requirements, but the manager handling the call was extremely busy and appeared unwilling to assist. Their attitude made me feel as though I were asking for a favour rather than being treated as a valued customer. Despite clearly explaining my allergen requirements, the service did not feel reassuring or welcoming. My food arrived without the sauce for which I had been charged an additional amount, and I was charged twice for an item that was not provided. For customers with allergies, feeling listened to and supported is extremely important. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from ordering from this branch again. I hope management reviews its customer service approach and ensures that customers with allergies receive the care and attention they deserve.
