  Have been here a frew times now and came with some friends who have not and we all enjoyed each dish we chose.Those how also had sweets loved them. Yhe lunch meal deal is worth every penny we will be back again. The staff are super friendly and cant do enokugh for you.

  I had booked a table for 3 for myself, two friends and a 3 month old baby on Sunday. The pub was not busy whatsoever. When we arrived, there was no one stood near the door, so we went up to the bar and told the boy working behind the bar that we had a table booked, he looked at us completely blank and said “right, okay?” We then both seemed to stare at each other for a while until I said “shall we just sit anywhere then?” And he said “can do”. We went and sat towards the back of the restaurant as this is where we could see other people eating. After 15 minutes, no one came over to us. My friend then went and found a waiter who brought some menus over to us. We asked the table next to us if we order at the bar or they take the order for us at the table, they said the waiter took their order. We waited another 15 minutes, after he had walked past us multiple times to serve the other tables until my friend went over to him and said we would like to order, to which he replied “oh, you need to order at the bar, forgot to say”. We went to order at the bar and the woman behind the bar explained there would be an hour wait for food. So we left. Appalling service and won’t return.

  We had my husbands 80th birthday party here this weekend. The whole experience was brilliant from booking through to enjoying the party! We chose the hot buffet which was really tasty and plentiful. All the staff were lovely and helpful with a special shout out to Nova ( the events coordinator) who was very helpful, attentive and went out of her way to make sure the party was just how we wanted it to be. We’ve had lots of good feedback from our guests about the venue, atmosphere and food. We’ve would highly recommend Two Pointers for any events - it’s also a great little local pub full of people enjoying themselves inside and outside in the recently renovated play area and beer garden.

  We were full of high expectations of this pub, as the website looked amazing, however what you seen online isn't always a reality! The Sunday roasts were mediocre and the mushy peas that came with the fish and chips couldn't have been a smaller portion if it had tried, in a teeny tiny pot meant for a sauce - 1 tbls of mushy peas to be precise...I had to ask for more because this was abysmal...same little pot arrived second time round...what a joke!!) We asked for a couple more mins to decide on a dessert, but the waitress didn't return for 15mins, by which time we had gone off the idea! sorry Two Pointers but we won't be returning!

  Words can not even begin to describe how thankful & amazing Nova & Viv are at The Two Pointers! We were let down by our engagement party venue 3 weeks before the event, I called the pub to see if by off chance they had space as there were our local we have attended had every birthday and life celebration there with our family so it made sense. Nova was so accommodating and made every single worry disappear. Nothing was a problem, nothing was made difficult, it was all just a breeze! Nova even went out of her way to decorate my welcome drink glasses for me with some bows, she decorated the mirror in the event space for us with personalisation, she wrote my name on my own welcome glass! Me and my partner had the best night ever, the family loved the evening, we even did karaoke with no complaints of the terrible singing. Thank you for saving the day Nova, Viv & the whole team for making it even better than we ever imagined, the photos speak volume on how great of a night we all had!
