  Some of the staff at this store seem very uninterested in helping customers. On my last visit, several employees were standing together chatting near the checkout area. When I politely said “excuse me,” I barely got a response. The customer service was unfriendly, there were no smiles, and even after I thanked them for answering my question, they didn’t acknowledge it. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience.

  Had everything we needed at a good price with the club card. The cafe is a bit expensive for a breakfast as a drink is to be ordered separately from the breakfast. Not had this issue anywhere else that I can recall.

  Very poor customer service from Tesco Extra Leeds Seacroft. A leaking Tesco bleach cleaner spilled onto my jacket in store and caused permanent bleach stains. The incident was reported immediately, but staff handled it badly and gave me incorrect information about how to make a claim. I was then given the wrong email address and had to chase through customer service. The whole customer service process seems to be based around useless chat bots asking repetitive questions, making it harder to get the issue handled properly. Instead of dealing with the complaint, Tesco keep trying to send me back to the store and avoid taking responsibility. Poor, careless and unprofessional.
