  Absolutely fab staff. Limited stock but it is an express store, brilliant for last minute essentials.

  I live around the corner from this shop and I go often. I have seen shop lifters more times than I care to count. At all times of day. Late afternoon today a couple shop lifted two huge bags of goods from the store. The young girl working was fantastic and performed well beyond her pay grade, drawing attention to the shoplifters and shaming them and they rushed out with the goods. It was at a very busy time and there was only herself and someone that I assumed was quite new, working behind the tills. Staff shouldn't have to do this. She is probably told by management to not do this, but 100% the reason this store keeps getting robbed is because people KNOW they can get away with it. Horsforth is supposed to be the nicest area in Leeds to live, but you wouldn't know it from visiting here often. Spend the money, get security on the door until it stops. 1. For your staff. 2. For your produce 3. As a regular customer, it is a horrible thing to witness and can make you extremely anxious, and worried for your own belongings and safety. The four stars are simply because the staff are decent and shouldn't have to work under those conditions

  Went into this shop for a few bit on my way home from the vets with my kitten when I got to the mince meat all the staff about 6 people came from no where and covered the door like we was pinching something even tho there was that amount of staff every where they could see we hadn't even picked anything up. And then at the end they all went on like they didn't do shit and aww look at the kitten just wanting to look inside the carry box. I'll never use that shop ever again after making me feel like some sort of shop lifter. Safe to say they are very lucky I had my kitten with me otherwise they would realised they picked the wrong people. Best thing about it is they all look like they can't get there self's out of a wet paper bag never mind to stop someone.
