Horrible staff, always talking on mobile phones or to each other while serving customers. We have all started going elsewhere. No good

My experience at this Tesco branch has been absolutely awful, and I feel that the store urgently needs to be investigated. I have repeatedly witnessed what appears to be a lack of attention from the security staff. There seem to be frequent incidents of theft, while security guards can sometimes be seen either hidden away in the back aisle or sitting on boxes of chocolates using their personal mobile phones instead of monitoring the shop floor. I have also had several negative experiences with the manager, Danny, who I have found to be extremely rude and unhelpful. On occasions when customers and staff have needed assistance, I have seen staff members call for help because of long queues at the tills, only to be told that the manager is too busy to assist. On one occasion, after I walked away from the tills, I saw the manager standing in a corner using her mobile phone. There have also been occasions when staff members appear to be using their personal mobile phones while customers are waiting to be served. I have raised these concerns several times and have provided evidence where appropriate, but unfortunately, I feel that nothing has been done to address the issues. This is extremely disappointing for customers who expect a reasonable level of service and professionalism. I believe the branch needs to be properly reviewed by the area or senior management team, as my repeated complaints do not appear to have resulted in any meaningful improvement.
