    Today I placed a mobile order at approximately 12:25pm and waited inside the store. During this period, I observed staff continuously preparing and serving orders for customers entering the store. However, nobody called out my order number, checked whether I was waiting for a mobile order, or informed me that my order was ready for collection. At approximately 12:55pm, a staff member finally asked for my order number. When I told them the number, I was then informed that my order had supposedly been ready for some time. What was particularly disappointing was that the staff member spoke in a manner that appeared to blame me for not collecting it earlier. As a customer, I should not be expected to guess whether an order is available for collection, nor should I be blamed when the store’s own communication process fails. The experience left me feeling frustrated, embarrassed and unfairly criticised despite having done everything expected of me as a customer.

    Very disappointing experience. The staff were unwelcoming, and the whole process felt impersonal. You can no longer approach the counter to order; instead, you’re required to use a touchscreen system, which is confusing—especially since the scanner is awkwardly placed on the side. One of the main appeals of Subway used to be seeing the sandwich fillings in front of you, but that’s now lost. Orders are simply called out by number and left on the side, with no interaction from staff at all. The cleanliness was also poor. Tables and the floor were dirty, which made the environment feel neglected. To make matters worse, staff were extremely strict with portions, counting out items like cucumber and lettuce. I didn’t see them change gloves between orders, nor did they offer to, which raises hygiene concerns. Overall, a very unwelcoming and disappointing visit. I won’t be returning.

    i live close to this subway and it has always been good however ever since these new staff have been working they don’t let you eat in 3 hours before they close because they want to clean up. sometimes they close earlier than they should and the service is horrible they don’t greet you or speak to you and since they have had kiosks they just say you can order there only.

    I had a really frustrating experience at this Subway. I ended up waiting 25 minutes just to be served, while staff repeatedly prioritised delivery orders over customers who were actually in the shop. It felt completely unfair and poorly managed. The lack of attention to in-store customers made the whole visit a disgrace
