  Very disappointing experience at Papa Johns. I ordered a personal 4-slice pizza in store, but there were no prices displayed and I was not given a receipt when I placed my order. When I received the pizza, I asked the staff member to confirm it was the 4-slice pizza I had ordered and was told that it was. After checking myself, I discovered it was actually a larger 6-slice pizza. I immediately raised the issue with the staff, but they refused to correct the order or provide a refund. I was simply told to contact customer services. I then contacted customer services and provided full details of the incident. After asking for additional information and stating they would investigate the matter with the store, I never received any further response despite following up. The most frustrating part is not just the incorrect order, but the lack of accountability and poor communication afterwards. Customers should be able to trust staff information and expect a response when a complaint is raised. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this store.

  Order here frequently and food is normally brilliant, this time had my pizza come with tomato sauce when i ordered it with bbq, tried to ring up to see what could be done and the worker insisted i accidentally chose bbq drizzle instead of bbq sauce despite me repeatedly clarifying that i ordered the sauce and the drizzle, she then hung up on me, appallingly rude service that’s really disappointed me
