Here Comes The Bun is the sandwich hatch from the team behind Swine Bistro, serving hand-rolled potato bun sandwiches from a window on the side of the restaurant. Everything's made in-house from the buns, the fillings, the sauces, the sweet treat, pretty much anything that doesn't involve raising a chicken or a cow. Expect a small, changing menu: think salt beef, fried chicken and the odd sloppy special, alongside cookies and American-style pies like key lime and Boston cream. Order ahead online or scan the QR code and order when you arrive: pick-up only from the hatch, we're not on any delivery apps. Open Friday evenings and Sunday daytime in Headingley, Leeds, until we sell out.
