  Ordered through Uber Eats at 22:47 and was quoted 23:30 for the latest my food would be delivered. The estimated deliver time kept creeping up until it reached midnight. If you know you're busy just say so, don't take people's money then lie to them. *Edit in order to respond to their reply* I did fill in a feedback form and noticed your disclosure that if your complaint is related to Uber Eats or similar, that you would not respond. Why are you asking me to spend my time filling in a form you're not even going to respond to. You already have my details a d may respond if you wish.

  The team at the five guys at cardigan fields are great and they have amazing customer service. I actually remember a few of them from the Leeds city centre branch and they were great there too! The burgers and fries of course are also great. The new rewards app has also added a sense of loyalty so I’ll definitely be visiting again.

  Why will a milkshake take over an hour to get delivered? The delivery time kept shifting from past 9 to almost 10:30.. This is absolutely frustrating

  Inside kirkstalls 'Cardigan Fields' retail park, Five Guys is my go-to for burgers. A little pricey, but I'd rather spend the extra on decent food than McDonald's cold chips and luke-warm burger meat. Staff have always been friendly with me in the 6 or so times I've been. Plenty of car parking spots due to the retail park. Pretty fast wait times too, often times I'd say even faster than other fast food chains. Get the Cajun fries over 'five-guys-style' and you won't be disappointed!
