  Wish there was an option to put 0 stars on this. The food took almost an hour to arrive, which fair enough there is other drops they have to do but my food arrived freezing cold, which we had to reheat.. convenient! The food itself was poor quality so I decided to contact customer service, where I spoke to Farheen.. who spoke to me like I'm spending my first day alive.. rude and dismissive. Closed the ticket without resolving the issue and completely ignored what I'd complained about. I'd avoid this one and go elsewhere, rude and never experienced customer service like it.
