  Staff here are so rude! I found a hair in my food and called to report it, but got no apology and was made to feel like a nuisance for expecting them to rectify this and re-send the order. I was told the manager would call back but they didn’t. Called again 40 mins later and was told they didn’t know anything about my issue and would speak to the manager to ask if they could do something! I asked to speak to the manager myself and they put the phone down on me. Ended up waiting 2 hours from the time of ordering to the time of the replacement food arriving. I would have expected the full order to be remade as a good will gesture for the hassle caused by THEIR mistake but they didn’t even offer that. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. So rude and unprofessional. Won’t return here again.

  The worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointing! The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I waited for an entire hour, and they somehow lost my pizza! After making me wait for an hour, they asked me if I wanted a refund. What?! To make matters worse, they never even said sorry or offered a single apology for their mistake. Their attitude was absolutely unacceptable, and they showed no respect for their customers. Terrible service from start to finish. I will never come back here again!

  Same as one of the last reviewers. Live 10 min away & waited 45 min on Just Eat. Phoned them up and they haven’t even received the order, struggling to speak English I got referred to the manager. Blaming staff shortages & then telling me the order hadn’t come through & to wait another 45 min. Joke I got the order cancelled & received a refund immediately. My partner said this had happened to her twice before, if I’d have known that I wouldn’t have bothered. Maybe it’s a Just Eat issue to be fair? App also says they use their own courier so no delivery info either Total joke

  shit staff and atmosphere from home i called them to order they told me to order it on store i went on store at midnight .i ask her to take order it was about 11 pm she said its only online orders we are making now and she was free but told me to wait 5 minutes to take order . shit i left order
