  Food was fine. Price was quite expensive for what it is, and the promo discounts were too complicated, still not sure we got the best deal. Delivery and speed was fine but “track my order” function was really irritating, style over substance. Had to keep logging in to see some silly little widget assure me they were working on it and would let me know when it was on its way. This turned out to be a text message after the food had been delivered.

  They didn't deliver my pizza and then accused me of lying. Disgusting service. Never ever darken their doors again!!

  Terrible experience today. Found what looked like synthetic hair/hair net in my pizza. Called to let the store know and they did not offer an apology and instead made out id planted it. Terrible service. If I call you and give you an opportunity to correct it, you should apologise and put things right, not get defensive and be rude. First time ordering from this store as I just moved to the area and won't be ordering again.

  Visited the street lane branch, as a vegetarian saw the workers numerous times touching pork and using same hands in the cheese. Asked him twice why he isn't using gloves to which I was told they have no gloves. I said you can wash your hands though. Did the same thing 3rd time. At which point I asked for a new bag of cheese to be opened. Clearly they have had no training.
