  Really disappointed to be leaving this as this Domino’s has always been reliable, but the last two orders have been unacceptable. On both occasions I ordered an American Hot, and both times it arrived covered in onions — which are not part of the standard toppings. I also did not add any extras, which is clearly shown on my receipt. I’ve attached photos as proof, and you can clearly see the amount of onion on the pizza. This isn’t a small mistake — it completely changes the pizza. For this to happen twice in a row suggests a clear issue with quality control or staff training. Please can someone address this and ensure orders are being made correctly. Really poor standard compared to what I’ve experienced here before.

  Absolutely awful. We live a 1 minute car ride away. Ordered on the Domino's app, and literally as soon as the app said it was out of the oven it was collected by us 2 or 3 minutes later. 2 pizza's Ordered and both were stone cold after picking them up no more than 3 minutes after the collection notification. 1 pizza had so much sauce on it and literally no cheese. Was burnt to a crisp and stone cold. Not worth buying. We've had more bad experiences with this Domino's than good, so next time we'll be using a local independent pizza place. It will be much cheaper as well.
