  Absolute clowns working here! Ordered my kids 2 pizzas. 1 turned up and that was wrong and burnt. Called the store and she said they would check CCTV and call me back to check how many pizzas left 🤣🤣 didn’t call so I spent another 30 minutes trying to get through. When I did the girl said oh yeah we checked CCTV and 2 pizzas left so noting we can do and put the phone down on me! Spent the next hour trying to ring back with no answer. Nearly drove down to have a nice chat and make my own pizza. If you want to order and risk it never turning up and there’s absolutely nothing you can do then this is the establishment for you 🫡

  Very rude man on the phone kept putting the phone down on me when i was kindly asking why the uber delivery guy didn’t knock on my door he just drove off and didn’t message or call me on uber. He then rudely kept saying you have to pick it up and i said i don’t drive and i paid for delivery so please deliver it and he went on to arguing me and put the phone down 4 times. Not happy as i paid over £40. I wouldn’t advise getting food from here, i’ve had to get a taxi there and back and the food was flat cold.

  Ordered online for collection, paid for extra toppings, extra £3. Collected drove home, opened pizza, no extra toppings. Wasn't going to take it back but little more attention to what people have ordered would be spot on in future.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a frustrating experience with my recent order. My mates and I ordered food, but we were missing a box of cookies, and one of the pizzas arrived folded and ruined. We tried calling several times, but the line was either busy or the call was cut off. We went to the store to complain, and after waiting 15 minutes, I was given a replacement box of cookies. However, it only contained two cookies instead of the four I ordered. When I pointed this out, the staff told me to check my receipt again. This is unacceptable service, and I’d appreciate a resolution to the issue.

  I last ordered from here 7 weeks ago. On that order they forgot an item - again - for the 4th order a row. I complained to the store manager directly who agreed a full refund of the order. Nothing has happened. I complained directly to Dominos group via the website, they have sent some emails but otherwise done nothing. I’m still waiting on my refund.
