  Very disappointing experience. I ordered pizzas for collection and arrived on time. After waiting for my order, I noticed that one of my pizzas had been given to a delivery driver by mistake. Instead of receiving my complete order, I had to wait another 10 minutes while they made a replacement. Mistakes can happen, but there was no apology or effort to make up for the inconvenience. Better organisation and customer service are needed. I hope this doesn’t happen to other customers.
