  Ordered online for a 10-15 min collection. When we arrived the screen showed it was ready in 1minute. Wasn't expecting to wait another 30 min for our food, which I believe wasnt cooked at the same time. Kept getting told it would be a couple of minutes, isnt good customer service. If you havent cooked it just say, rather than leaving customers waiting!

  I mean just look at it. You really didn’t care. That’s supposed to be a cheese pizza. Clearly nobody checked it, it shouldn’t have left the branch like that.
