  Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Domino’s. I was charged in full for my order, but the food was NEVER DELIVERED, even after waiting for more than 2 HOURS. During that time, I called Domino’s numerous times to follow up on my order. Each time, I was told that the delivery was still on the way, but it never arrived. I also contacted Uber Eats and explained the situation. However, Uber Eats pushed the issue back to Domino’s, saying that the delivery was being handled directly by Domino’s. So where does that leave the customer? I paid for an order, waited for more than two hours, made numerous calls, and still received NOTHING. Both sides passed the responsibility around while I was left without my food and still charged for the order. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If an order cannot be delivered, the customer should be informed and refunded promptly instead of being kept waiting for hours. I expect Domino’s to take responsibility, investigate what happened, and provide a FULL REFUND for an order that was paid for but never delivered.

  I ordered a pizza and the order was accepted, but then cancelled after 20 minutes; the money was deducted from my account and is not being refunded immediately. 22/09/2026
