- PFPeter FishwickAug 6, 20265.0Great little shop with such a good range of products. Staff in here are great. It seems they get a lot of issues with shoplifters and antisocial behaviour but they seem to be on it daily with security there most days making sure any issues are dealt with.
- HGHans GuptaJul 30, 20262.0Avoid if you can. I’ve made almost daily use of this store for the last 18 months. You’ll be accosted by the same revolving cast of increasingly aggressive beggars (the same crew alternate between this and the Cardigan Rd store) every time you visit whilst security look on. Quite often there’s only one member of staff on the shop floor, so it can take a long time to be served if you need to use cash, buy tobacco products or have a parcel/collection. I’ve started to use the Tesco slightly further down Burley Rd - It’s not as nice inside but the staff are lovely and much more switched on than here (and they have full time security that deal with the aggressive begging).

It’s such a small shop, yet the atmosphere feels overwhelming. A bit of kindness and better customer service would make a huge difference.
