  They touch food without wearing gloves, just been in today to get a milkshake and seen they don’t use gloves to grab the food and making the food made me feel sick

  I really do NOT understand why there isn't a permanent queue at this place?! Go to McD's at Colton and its packed - yet the service is sloppy, full of kids working part-time who really don't give a damn about the job, the food looks and tastes awful amd costs a small fortune, especially if you have a young family. Here at BK thr food actually looks like the pictures, actually tastes like a burger, and is freshly cooked for you. The service is always exemplary - on this particular occasion it was Sohar (manager i think, hope its spelled her name correctly, if not pls forgive me) and Makaita who wrnt yhe extra mile for me. A credit to BK. Everyone else: get down here to BK - you're missing out!!

  I think the words fast & food is lost here, staff wander round like the walking dead show, 2 other people in and over 20 mins for a simple burger meal yet delivery drivers took priority.
