Great experience coming in to Burgerking in seacroft , I wasn’t greeted by Manuel coming in today as I had a couple of questions around what he would recommend , and I got myself an XL bacon double with add ons *pickles and mustard and ketchup wow * it was amazing it was like a cheeseburger but on steroids it’s made my week it’s only Monday but it’s done for me great service , really polite and welcoming and a massive lord of the rings fan like myself , would honestly recommend this place so highly . I looked through some reviews and it genuinely gets to much stick from sad sad people get a grip these are hard working people who deliver the best standard day in day out . On another note it’s a great place to come down to looks even better after its refurb 🧙🏻‍♂️

Was served by a lad called ‘Manuel’. I’ve never seen so much arrogance and attitude from a male species who flips burgers for a living. He talked to me as if he was the CEO, and when I approached him about his poor mannerisms, he rudely said to me “if you don’t like it, don’t come back.” If Manuel is reading this, get a grip lad, sort your life out. I guess his mother never taught him manners. Burger Kings customer service is clearly in the bin. Definitely won’t be seeing me there again.

Stopped by Burger King today and had a really good experience. Leslie was very friendly, welcoming and served me quickly. My order was accurate, and the food came out hot, fresh and tasted great. The restaurant was clean, and you could tell the team were working hard to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, I’m really happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back.
