  Always fresh and quick, my son always orders the same so the friendly and helpful staff often remember us which he loves. It’s also always clean and tidy outside which is good to see.

  Working away from home and went through the drive through, I got served by Azad the manager, what a spot on guy. Nothing worse when you get a miserable, moody person serving you, so thank you Azad, a good few people could take a leaf out of your book mate Cheers Ryan

  Don’t bother making Twix milkshakes at 4:30am on October 12th 2026 if you can’t be asked making them properly! I mean I know Beestons a shit hole but you’re only proving us right.

  Was served by a man called arif with my friend today . Very rude and ignorant . Handed me my order and walked away and when asked for a couple of ketchups with my meal put one in the bag and walked off , then looked offended when I asked for one more and again stormed off . He was very short and look miserable doing his job and made my experience unpleasant . Unsure if he’s j having a bad day or just rude . I work in hospitality myself so I get it’s overwhelming but don’t work here if you can’t give even half decent customer service

  A postive vibe as soon as you walk in, am a bit slow ordering my food as I struggle to read screen and have arthritis but this lovely employee Jasmine took her time with me and didn’t make me feel judged or rushed , she was patient and explained to me how to use the kiosk but ended up serving me at the till as it was easier for me! Such a lovely lady hope she has a bright future
