  The first thing that stands out is how rude the eastern European woman on the counter is. She's possibly the manager as she seems to have some authority over staff. It's not just that she's not smiling etc., but she seems genuinely annoyed by customers - and God forbid you ask her for anything extra like sauce or the code for the toilet. I don't know whether the other disappointing aspects of this Burger King are typical of all BKs, but the portions are ridiculously small for the money - a £10 meal consists of two tiny bags. There is no menu displayed other than four central screens that rotate, but they do not show the full menu and there are no screens to order from, so you have to go to the counter and ask the staff whether they have this or that. If you're not at all familiar with the BK menu, then you're at a loss really. Everything's hidden away - they charge extra for sauces and the toilet requires a code, which isn't even on the receipt. Everything about it feels unwelcoming. Finally, the bins make no sense: one for recycling but it doesn't tell you which items are recyclable; one for food waste; and one bin liner to "pour" drinks into (?). I don't believe for a second any of the rubbish makes it to recycling or utilising food waste.

  I ordered a large 6 chicken nuggett meal for my daughter to takeaway and not much choice of drinks they only had small boxed innocent smoothies no bottled orange juice. The amount of chips i got to say it was meant to be a large meal wasnt good enough and if thats a large meal id hate to see what the medium meal is like. The food was piping hot tho and service was ok. Just the chips amount was the issue

  Staff have absolutely no manners what so ever. Made you feel like an inconvenience when ordering. They all look miserable and not one smile between them. One was always texting on her phone whilst getting orders ready. I've seen more enthusiasm in a frog than the staff here.

  This Place Doesn't Does Not Deserve Even A 1 Star Crap Service Keeping Me And My Partner Waiting Over 10 Minutes For Two Meals is Absolutely Appalling And Shocking !!!!!!!!
