  Absolutely atrocious, order came minus the ice-cream, we called up and we're told the driver would bring it back to us,3 hours later nothing, called up requesting refund for the ice-cream, told no problem, we have now called them 4 times requesting the refund and still nothing received, would not recommend

  I have had two experiences in the last two weeks, one was a collection and that was fine BUT the second time I paid for a home delivery. This was a total disaster! 1 hour 50 minutes after ordering, I call the shop to complain, to be told he is coming now. “He will be 5 minutes!” When it arrived 15 minutes later, the food was COLD and the driver was not even slightly polite, just handed me the pizza from his car as I walked out to him; then drove straight off. No apology or anything, and add to it all the food was tepid. We ate it, it was fine; just not as great as you expect when paying Dominos pizza prices. Very poor experience indeed!

  I recently ordered from Domino’s in Ilkley and had a great experience. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My order arrived on time, hot, and exactly as expected. It’s clear the team takes pride in both their food quality and customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again—highly recommend!
