  Robbed of £18.63.. Playing the Uber Eats game where they accept an order process it to out for delivery then nothing for 2 hours ? You ring up for them to tell you your ordered wasn't accepted? Uber say I've got to go back to dominos but these guys fob you off over the phone blaming Uber? Will get resolved when I come into store I'm sure! But to anyone else please be aware of this

  There isn't the option to leave no stars. On 11/09 I ordered Dominos through Just Eat. £38 worth. An hour and a half later, when I hadn't received anything, I rang the restaurant in Halifax. I was told it had been delivered. I told him it absolutely had not been delivered and to check into it. He rang me 10 minutes later and told me the driver had a puncture. I asked why he couldn't have rang me or the shop. "Ahhh, his phone died". This is the unluckiest delivery driver in Halifax. He said "I'll make you another order". By this time it was after 9:00 and I'd have enough so I asked for a refund. I was told "You didn't use our app, you used Just Eat, so I can't refund you, sorry" and he put the phone down. I tried to contact Just Eat through the app, by email and by phone. Generic responses were received saying that because Dominos had marked my order as delivered, they couldn't do anything. I contacted PayPal, thinking I would have some sort of buyer protection. NOPE. Because Dominos marked my order as delivered, which they had already told me it wasn't due to a puncture and a dead phone... Dominos, Just Eat and PayPal have £38 of my very hard earned money. In my industry, when someone takes your money and doesn't supply a product or service, we call that theft. Be careful please. They screw up, take your money and refuse to help.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They will steal you money, not bring your food and ignore your calls. I spent £40 on food. Waited half an hour then the delivery man arrived with the wrong order. He said to wait a minute then he drove off in his car. I tried calling the shop 3 times and after being on hold 8 minutes each time I kept getting disconnected. Don't go here.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had with a takeaway delivery service. Waited 1 hr then rang to see where it was , man said didn’t come through didn’t even give a estimated time of when it would arrive , when it did arrive the delivery man gave us the wrong order and droppped my sauce on floor

  The store manager was really helpful when we made an error in the order and went above and beyond to help us out. It was much appreciated
