  Unfortunately ordering from this branch has become very hit and miss. I've had pizzas arrive undercooked, burnt, and most recently a pizza with barely any cheese on it despite paying for extra cheese(!!). The main things I expect from Domino’s are consistency and convenience, but it’s become apparent that they struggle to deliver on either front. To make matters worse, trying to contact customer service to resolve these issues has been an ordeal in itself. Sadly, I'll be avoiding Domino’s in future and supporting local businesses instead.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was bad enough that people need to know. I ordered what was supposed to be an “Italian” pizza from Domino’s, and what turned up was honestly one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever been served. The base was soggy and undercooked, the toppings looked and tasted cheap, and the whole thing had that stale, reheated feel like it had been sitting around far too long. It was nowhere near fresh, nowhere near appetising, and definitely nowhere near what you’d expect for the price. What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted them straight away, explained the issue clearly, and instead of properly resolving it, they offered to “make it right” next time with some free cookies or even a free pizza. Not ideal, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I placed a larger order later on, expecting them to honour what they’d promised… and nothing. No note of it, no apology, no extras—just completely ignored. At that point it’s not just poor food, it’s being misled. Mistakes happen, but how a company deals with them is what matters. In this case, Domino’s failed on both counts: poor quality food and even worse follow-through on their own promises. I won’t be ordering again, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before wasting their money here.

  Very disappointed yesterday evening. Pizza lacked cheese and both pizza and garlic bread could have done with another couple of minutes in the oven. I enjoyed my homemade bacon sandwich though, after abandoning the expensive takeaway.
