Chicken Goujons were not on the counter the same time as chips chips were there about 11am, no goujons. How can you buy a meal deal? Very inexperienced manager running this one. When the goujons came hardly cooked because they had been put in late. I noticed hardly anyone in this branch has any experience. A member of staff called Isaac swore at my friend for complaining about the customer service. The queue is out the door, this needs looking at big time. Swearing at work is a no no but this is Leeds !!

After waiting my turn, the staff member bypassed me entirely to serve a person behind me the moment the customer in front of me was done. It's clear there is no system for managing the queue, and the staff lacks basic situational awareness.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
