  I've eaten from pj's before but because I just wanted to stay in and chill out i elected to have a delivery. First time for Crossgates pj's. Ordered online from preparation to delivery everything was fine, got my food.....everything from the tots garlic cheese bites and the half and half pizza [ sizzling meat feast and the full house. Was greasy and has a weird oily taste. Absolute anti climax and a waste of £22 will not be ordering from Crossgates again. It's all going in the bin. Horrible burnt oily taste 🤔 the crust of the pizza wasn't cooked enough was like a doughy bread. But the main complaint is the grease on all the food and the burnt oil taste....

  Last 2 orders from here have been awful. First time, ordered on the app and never came. Woman on the phone said they never received the order and must of been the other branch (Definitely wasnt). No refund, nothing. Rubbish customer service. Tried again Friday, partner had ham and pineapple pizza had 3 slices and was immediately ill being sick and diarrhea. Only thing she had all day. Used to be alright here not going to bother ordering again there's much better options for pizza.

  Order the pizza and put the request ask less tomato sauce, but they actually add the sauce madly, this caused all the cheese and meats drop to other side which can see on this picture! Call the shop they won’t do anything! What a terrible customer service!
