  We were served today by Grace. She was amazing and made sure we were comfortable and made us feel welcomed. The food was a little on the sweet side for us but the steak we had was cooked perfectly. We would come again and probably not order what we did. The staff and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.

  Had such a lovely experience at TGI Fridays! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and we had a really enjoyable time. A special mention has to go to our waiter, Jordan, who was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and his lovely personality really made our experience even better. Thank you, Jordan, and the TGI Team

  Had such a lovely experience at TGI Fridays Xscape, and a massive shoutout to Ellie, who was our server! Ellie was honestly amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly, welcoming and attentive without ever being overbearing, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She was really lovely to speak to, made us feel so comfortable and was just an absolute credit to TGI Fridays. The service can genuinely make or break a meal, and Ellie made ours so much better. You could tell she actually cared about giving us a good experience rather than just doing her job, and that really stood out. Please pass on how amazing she was because she deserves the recognition! We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully we get Ellie as our server again!

  Not a great experience came here as we had been two weeks prior and couldn't fault it. Waited forever for starters to appear and had to chase these up, same with mains, half hour wait for starters half hour wait for mains, which incidentally we decided we would not have a dessert due to the ridiculously slow service. I had cajun shrimp pasta which i am sure it was sat on the counter ( think our mains were forgotten to be brought to us actually until we asked where they were) and it was dried out, no sauce, left it! Won't return unless you speed up the food service and stop gathering round clapping for birthdays.

  I booked a table for 14 for my son’s 9th birthday tonight, and we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Bella. From the moment we arrived, Bella was fantastic. She was incredibly polite, friendly and attentive throughout the whole evening, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We had three very excitable children, a lady with learning disabilities, someone with specific food allergies, as well as various other dietary requirements within our group. Bella took the time to listen to everything we needed, check things thoroughly and make sure everyone was looked after properly. What really stood out was how patient, caring and genuinely accommodating she was. She never made us feel like our requests were an inconvenience and went above and beyond to make sure the evening ran smoothly. Birthday meals with a group of 14 — particularly with three excited kids! — could easily have been stressful, but Bella made the whole experience feel completely effortless. She is an absolute credit to TGI Fridays. Thank you, Bella, for helping make my son’s 9th birthday such a lovely evening. You were phenomenal! ❤️
