- HKHarriet Knight2 days ago5.0Just had a lovely meal at this branch of TGI Fridays. We've visited others before but called on this one on the way home. We had Jordan as our server and he was absolutely fabulous 🫶 He was very efficient and attentive, and exceptionally patient with our table (2 young kids nearing bedtime). Jordan went out of his way to go above and beyond for us, making sure to listen to my kids orders and requests, including making a balloon flower and putting their milkshakes in "fancy glasses". He made sure we had everything we needed for the table, and was quick to clear away and sort the bill once we were finished- 10/10 would dine with Jordan again. The food, as always with TGI was lovely, we were all especially impressed with the cheese pull of the mozzarella sticks. Cocktails were delicious. Milkshakes were scrumptious. The restaurant itself and the toilets were clean and well maintained too. We also took advantage of the kids eat free with an adults main 👌 Can't fault the service or the food and drinks at all! 🏆

We had Grace serving us and she was amazing, she explained what was part of each deal and what was extra, described the menu wonderfully to help us make our choices and popped back to check on us. From that very second, he was exceptionally attentive and friendly—it honestly felt like chatting with an old friend. Outstanding customer service from start to finish from the entire team! The food was also very nice.

She talked to my daughter nicely and when the food arrived she remembered the sauce requested from ordering. Even gave her lovely balloon to match her dress.

Jacob was friendly, attentive and genuinely made us feel valued as customers. He regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, without ever being intrusive, and nothing was too much trouble. His excellent customer service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Jacob takes pride in looking after his customers, and he is a real credit to the team. How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
