  Yesterday I visited there and the staff is very friendly also food is very good I'll recommend to go there and try once specially thanks to the manager he is very friendly.

  I went into your Castleford shop today looking to order something nice for my lunch A guy with a Turban waved his finger at my and told me to wait He was on his phone texting I then tried to order a pizza only to be told I needed the app Rude guy. and I certainly won’t go in your store ever again

  I genuinely cannot remember the last time I was this disappointed by a takeaway. My partner and I had been looking forward to this all day as a treat, and what arrived was completely unacceptable. The order was marked as delivered long before it actually arrived. After waiting, I had to repeatedly phone the restaurant, struggling to get through before finally speaking to someone. The food then arrived shortly afterwards, which gave the impression that it had been sitting around rather than being delivered when it should have been. The issues didn't stop there. One pizza was missing the pesto sauce it was supposed to contain. Both pizzas were lukewarm at best and sitting in pools of grease. The base on my pizza was tough and leathery. The boneless chicken box contained chicken wings, which is not what was ordered. The rest of the chicken and the jalapeño poppers were stone cold, soft, and sweaty instead of hot and crispy. The most telling part of this review is that I threw my entire pizza in the bin after a few bites. I was still hungry afterwards, but couldn't bring myself to eat any more of it. My partner only finished her food because she didn't want the money to go completely to waste, and even she described her pizza as mediocre. Mistakes happen. Cold food happens. Missing ingredients happen. But when you combine late delivery, incorrect items, missing ingredients, poor quality, and food arriving cold, it becomes impossible to recommend this restaurant. £32 spent, and we ended up wishing we'd cooked at home. 3 star for atmosphere as I cant comment as this was through just eat and they weren't helpful either, which must be good for this chain location as I was told to direct all inquiries and complaints to just eat by not only the person who answered the phone but also to the delivery driver who dropped it off. If unclear the last photo is my entire pizza in the bin.

  I had a great experience ordering from Papa John’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. A special thank you to the manager and the entire team for their excellent service and attention to detail. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I will come back to this place as I enjoyed the taste a-lot.
