  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to Burger King. I ordered a Kids Meal, but it was given to me in a standard bag without any explanation. There was no Kids Meal box and no toy included. When I politely asked why the meal was not presented as a Kids Meal and enquired about the missing box and toy, the staff member responded in a rude and dismissive manner, asking, “What do you want?” instead of addressing my concerns professionally. The situation became even more upsetting when the staff member began arguing with me in front of my child. I then asked to speak with the manager, expecting the matter to be handled appropriately. Unfortunately, the manager also became argumentative rather than trying to resolve the issue or provide good customer service. I informed both the staff member and the manager that I would be contacting Head Office and making a formal complaint regarding the way I had been treated. I also made it clear that I would continue to pursue the matter until I received a satisfactory response and outcome. Despite this, neither showed any willingness to resolve the issue or offer an apology. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Being spoken to in such an unacceptable manner, particularly in front of my child, was completely inappropriate and has left me with a very negative impression of this restaurant. I trust that this complaint will be taken seriously, thoroughly investigated, and that appropriate action will be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment.

  Not the best Burger King, but OK. Staff don't seem very enthusiastic.

  Was pretty empty & late at night, only myself and my partner there. Staff weren't the nicest bunch, got some dirty looks off one of the guys. Seemed more like a bunch of school teenagers having a laugh behind the counter than anything. Pretty dirty, floors hadn't been mopped, tables not cleaned properly, bins were full to the brim and hadn't been emptied all day. Food was OK though. Wouldn't come back.

  Burger was very small. Double bacon cheese burger very plain and tasteless. Chips very good. Went large but only got regular coffee. No wonder McDonald's more popular plus mega expensive nearly 10 quid
