  SECURITY STAFF HERE ARE AWFUL- I dont know where they train these people. But pretty sure Tesco doesnt approve of customers being followed around the store like they are under surveillance by MI5. Its that bad. If you happen to wear a tracksuit or a cap they immediately assume you're a shoplifter and i was once chased out of the shop by an aggressive aecurity guard shouting demanding to see my receipt- which i denied because i smiled on the way out. He decided to ban me from the store which of course i ignored- i dont know where they find these people but there is a cultural etiquette to follow that they need to be trained on

  Hi there and I would like to tell you,s why did I only get £5.00 from my clubcard vouchers and I am not happy about it and my husband and I and my daughter put £10.00 in our mobile phone,s and we used to get £20.00 anniversary in our mobile phones and now do not get it eny more and I like to know why we do not get any more and no wonder people swerp to home bargains in their area and in oban to ok and all my love from Jan Morton from oban

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Tesco on Narborough Road. I bought frozen meat and returned to the store hoping to exchange it, but the staff refused without properly listening to my explanation. Instead of treating me with respect, they were rude, dismissive, and told me to leave the store. What upset me the most was that I felt I was treated differently because I am Asian. As a regular Tesco customer, I never expected to be made to feel so unwelcome and humiliated. No customer deserves to be spoken to in that way or made to feel like they don't belong. I hope Tesco investigates this incident and reminds its staff to treat every customer with respect, fairness, and professionalism, regardless of their background. If you're considering posting this publicly, it's generally best to describe what you experienced ("I felt I was treated differently because I am Asian") rather than stating discrimination as an established fact unless you have evidence that supports it.
