I go to this one regularly due to easy access on route and close to home. I have on endless occasions seen staff constantly using their mobile phones when they should be focused on work and good customer service. Even when on checkouts not engaging with customers and texting on phones while customers packing their items. Why are staff allowed mobiles on shop floor when I worked for Asda phones were accessed in your breaks. Come on Tesco sort it out.

After reading other people's reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who thinks a particular member of staff is ignorant, rude, lazy and should not be working with members of the public. She has been named in others comments but I will not do that. Her hygiene is poor and her attitude is rotten. She obviously doesn't enjoy her job and seems to have a problem if she is asked to do anything, or for any kind of help. Let's hope Tesco have some respect for their shoppers and after reading these reviews decide to let her go.

I had a great shopping experience at Tesco Evington Superstore. The store was clean, well-organised, and had a wide range of products available. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place for my main shopping. Highly recommended!
